Over the past decade my passion for fitness has grown. I have always tried to stay active, but between multiple moves and raising 3 kids, maintaining a consistent fitness routine seemed daunting. About 6 years ago I realized I needed to start prioritizing myself in order to give my best to those around me. More recently, I’ve put emphasis on creating a lifestyle centered around health and wellness. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Adaptive Special Needs Trainer, my goal is to help build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle tailored to meet your needs. I want you to be successful in your journey but also help you find joy in getting there.
